Projects

The project involved the design and construction of four New York City public schools. One of the main components of the project was the expansion of the schools by incorporating modular classrooms at the existing school sites. The pre-engineering modular classrooms ranged in size from about 1000 to 1500 SF and were prefabricated at a manufacturer’s site, transported to installed at the prepared sites of the existing school campuses. The design-build project consisted of all engineering design services for site developments, utility connections, structural and civil engineering design services, and construction support services and required coordination and corporation with the modular classroom manufacturer.
