Education is a key factor in many cities. As such, schools are constantly being constructed and upgraded in order to help provide optimal learning conditions. This project involved providing engineering design services for the construction of two new K-8 public schools, public schools number 28 and 29, for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). The project covered conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction services. The full architectural and engineering design services were conducted for any concepts in the following areas: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, municipal service, etc.
