Jilin Baishan Urban Development
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) sought the services of an engineering consulting service firm for developing a second water supply system for Baishan City’s new urban area. The water supply system included water intake, water transmission, water treatment plant, water distribution network, pump stations and other associated facilities. The design capacity for the water supply system was 60,000 cubic meters per day.
