California High Speed Rail Program Delivery Support Services, CA
The California High Speed Rail Authority is planning, constructing, and operating the nation’s first high-speed rail system, traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles in three hours. The system aims to connect major regions of California, stimulate economic development, promote environmental sustainability, create job opportunities, and protect agricultural and protected lands. HPC will be supporting the AECOM-Fluor Joint Venture by providing engineering and construction management services.
