Douglass Village Self Storage, Douglass Township, Berks County, PA
The Douglass Village Self Storage project involved engineering design for the development of a 106-acre site of a 302-unit mobile home park, as well as two commercial centers in conjunction with the mobile home park. The services included civil engineering for site development, erosion and sedimentation pollution control, stormwater management design and permitting.
