Our team members have worked on numerous major projects within their respective disciplines, gaining extensive experience in engineering design, quality assurance and control, project management, and technical consulting. Over the years, HPC has built a strong reputation for developing innovative methods and solutions to meet client needs—delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. Our staff have contributed to a wide range of major projects across the United States and internationally, holding advanced engineering degrees and professional registrations in multiple states, including PA, NJ, NY, CA, DE, OH, NC, TX, and WA.

HPC provides engineering design and management consulting services for diverse sectors such as transportation, urban development, public transit, institutional, commercial, and residential infrastructure. The firm is certified as a DBE/MBE minority-owned company headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia Area of Pennsylvania. In 2024, HPC strategically acquired SEI, expanding our capabilities in bridge inspection and design and strengthening our position as a comprehensive engineering solutions provider. HPC and SEI are currently certified by PennDOT, Caltrans, SEPTA, the City of Philadelphia, the Pittsburgh Regional Transit, Allegheny County, and other agencies such as NJDOT, NYSDOT, NYC MTA, NYC Port Authority of NY & NJ, WMATA, and TXDOT.
